    Q: Is there really such a thing as healthy Halloween treats?

    A: Never fear, there's plenty of tricks to make amazing treats that taste totally spooktacular without the notorious Halloween sugar load! Like we've covered in the past, making our own desserts and treats is a sure-fire way to cut calories, sugar, and processed foods out, while still satisfying cravings. With complete control over our ingredients, it's pretty amazing what we can do! Here's a hand-picked round-up of some of my favorite superfood Halloween recipes:

    Chocolate Candy Pops - Hello, healthy chocolate! Making Chocolate from cacao instead of cocoa (the roasted variety) means you're getting heaps more antioxidants with every delectable bite! These biteable chocolate candies are a go-to party treat, and with just 3 ingredients, exceptionally easy to make!

    Pumpkin Spice Truffles - Pumpkin just got wayyyy decadent, in the very healthiest of ways!
