What are some good on-the-go healthy breakfast ideas?

Regardless of our career, household size, or overall lifestyle, most of us have one thing in common: a rushed morning routine. But just because your time is at a premium during the a.m. hours, doesn't mean your breakfast needs to suffer. Here are a few ideas for grab-and-go breakfasts that take just minutes to make, while fully supporting an energized day:

Superfood Smoothie: There's a reason why smoothies are so popular - they can be chock full of good stuff, taste great, and take just a second to whip up! It's also nice to know that the customizations you can make on a smoothie are infinite, meaning you can routinely swap out ingredients to best suit your mood and cravings. All you need to do in the morning is blend up, pour into a travel mug, and head on out.

Superfood Oatmeal-Chia Jar: A teeny bit of prep can go a long way. Spend a few minutes on Sunday filling up mason jars with a couple spoonfuls of rolled oats, chia seeds, dried berries like goji berries, nuts, and even a sprinkle of your favorite superfood powders. Then whenever you're ready to enjoy, just add hot water, shake, and let sit for a couple minutes to rehydrate! Alternately, you can fill the jar with water or your favorite milk and let sit in the refrigerator overnight - 100% good to go when you are.
