Join the Smoothment! Come learn superfood tips from one of the national pioneers on the subject at several Boston area stores March 21, 22 and 23. Chef Julie Morris, author of the new book Superfood Cuisine, will present a free class about superfoods that will feature live recipe demos, sampling and a Navitas Naturals superfood giveaway at the Boston-area stores listed below.
At the in-store events, Chef Julie will present nutrition and culinary information about the most fascinating, delicious and respected superfoods in the marketplace today including organic maca, cacao, acai, goji berries, camu, chia and goldenberries. The classes are sponsored by Navitas Naturals, and are part of the Smoothment - an interactive, multimedia program by Navitas Naturals that features easy and delicious organic smoothie recipes and advice from superfood gurus. Chef Julie will demonstrate some of her favorite superfood smoothie recipes and Navitas Naturals will provide superfood samples and takeaways.
