You've been asking for simpler smoothies and it comes down to picking your favorite superfoods for that extra â€œoomphâ€, fruit (and/or veggies), liquid of choice, sweetener if you need it and maybe some ice. You can use dried, fresh or frozen berries - in this case we used dried goji and golden berries. Almond milk has some protein and healthy fat, makes a nice a creamy base. Dates and coconut palm sugar are nice light sweeteners. Just throw that all in your blender and give it a whirl.
