The Super Boost Chia Smoothie
1 Cup Plain Kefir (or high quality plain yogurt)
1 Frozen Banana
1 Orange, peeled
2 Tbsp Navitas Naturals Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
Puree all ingredients in blender or immersion blender. Enjoy!
