Feeling gratitude is something that both comes easily to me, and yet sometimes takes effort. Life can be stressful and challenging, and in those moments, it is more of an exercise to return to a state of gratitude. But most of the time, I can easily find something for which to be grateful and I believe that mindset is an important part of maintaining a well-balanced, healthy life.
I find that if I take the time to express gratitude throughout the day, my head feels clearer, my heart feels lighter and I even sleep better! Gratitude is not just acknowledging the incredible abundance and opportunity in my life, but also the air in my lungs and people in my world who bring out the best in me.
